A teenager was shot to death outside his apartment building in a Bronx housing development Sunday afternoon.

Jospeh Ozuna, 18, was repeatedly shot in the head and neck outside the Mitchel Houses on Alexander Ave. at E. 135th St. in Mott Haven about 3:40 p.m., cops said.

Medics took him to Lincoln Hospital, but he couldn’t be saved.

Police made no immediate arrest in the case.
