Governor Andrew Cuomo declared that passings are down to a modern moo of 73 within the state from coronavirus. This as the Mid-Hudson locale revived on Tuesday and Long Island plans to revive on Wednesday.

The governor said there are two tracks to reopening. He said that the regions will monitor the reopenings and supercharge them. He was also very passionate in urging New Yorkers to wear masks saying, “Wearing a mask is officially cool.”
