A homeless teen was found dead and wrapped in plastic Saturday inside an abandoned Manhattan warehouse, police said.

The 19-year-old victim was found around 9:20 a.m. on the second floor of the old Fulton Fish Market building on South St. near FDR Drive, cops said.

There were no obvious signs of trauma on the woman’s body. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine how she died.
