Sharon Stone is grieving the loss of her nephew and godson.
In an emotional post on social media on Monday, Stone, 63, shared a video of her 11-month-old nephew River William Stone with a caption that reads: “River William Stone Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021.”
The video is accompanied by the song “Tears in Heaven” by Eric Clapton.
Just days before the toddler’s tragic death, Stone shared a photo on Instagram of the child, showing him intubated with several tubes and wires wrapped around him.
