New York City’s first baby of New Year born at Coney Island hospital

It took a Coney Island baby to ring in 2021 just right.

The first tot to be born in the Big Apple this year came into the world at precisely midnight at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn.

Ivett Rodriguez of Brooklyn gave birth to baby boy as the ball was dropping in Times Square.
