Long Island soccer coach busted for raping 16-year-old player twice
A Long Island soccer coach raped a 16-year-old girl on the team twice over the summer, authorities said.
Sean Johnsen, 35, is now charged with two counts of rape two counts of criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child, Nassau County police said.
He had “inappropriate contact” with the teen girl on Aug. 17 and and Aug. 21, police said.
The Valley Stream coach runs a soccer club for ages 14 to 19, authorities said.
He was set to be arraigned Friday.
The Nassau County Special Victims unit is urging any other victims to come forward.
