A 15-year-old girl crossing a Brooklyn street on her way to school was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver Monday morning, police said.

The girl was fatally hit near Bedford Ave. and Avenue P. in Midwood about 7:55 a.m. She died at the scene.

There was no immediate description of the vehicle that struck her. The driver has not been caught.
