At least 3 people injured due to turbulence during United flight from Newark to Tampa

At least three were injured due to “unexpected turbulence” on a United flight from Newark to Tampa on Thursday night, according to United Airlines.

United Airline Flight 600 landed at Newark Liberty International Airport at 11 p.m. on Thursday.

Two passengers and a flight attendant were taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

No further details have been revealed.

The FAA told ABC News it did not have a report on the incident.
