Authorities report that a 9-year-old boy from the Bronx, identified as Miguel Ramos of Mount Hope Place, tragically died after falling from a fourth-floor window at his apartment complex on Sunday afternoon.

Police arrived at the scene following a 911 call and found the boy unconscious with injuries consistent with a fall.

He was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Further details, such as the presence of window bars, are currently unknown, and the investigation by the NYPD is still ongoing.
